Four-in-One Molding.
A Variety of Moldings Designed to Coordinate With Pergo Flooring
There are a wide range of SimpleSolutions moldings to fit your home, and each style is designed to coordinate with your Pergo flooring.
First, SimpleSolutions Four-in-One Molding allows you to snap together four different molding solutions from just one package. With Four-in-One Molding, you'll be able to create T-moldings to join two different areas of laminate flooring, such as between doorways. Additionally, the Hard Surface Reducer assembly will allow you to transition from laminate flooring to lower, harder surfaces, such as vinyl, wood, or tile. A Carpet Transition makes the transition from laminate flooring to carpet, and the End Molding will help you finish laminate flooring at fixed edges, such as sliding doors or fireplaces.
In addition to Four-in-One Molding, SimpleSolutions offers Stairnose Molding, which is used to finish the edge of stair treads or to finish step-down applications from the laminate floor. SimpleSolutions also offers Wallbase and Quarter Round Moldings, which can be used together or separately to trim your floor. These coordinating moldings cover the expansion space where flooring meets wall and other vertical surfaces, providing a finished look.
DIY Kit Has Everything You Need to Install Pergo Flooring
SimpleSolutions also offers a number of accessories that make flooring installation easy, including the SimpleSolutions DIY Installation Kit, which saves you the expense of buying professional tools. The kit contains one tapping block, installation spacers in two sizes, and a pull bar--all the tools necessary for installing Pergo flooring. The tapping block is used to protect joints and ensure a snug fit, the installation spacers are used to ensure the correct expansion space between the planks and the wall, and the pull bar assists with hard-to-reach areas.
Finishing Putty Fills Holes and Chips
Another member of the SimpleSolutions family of accessories, SimpleSolutions Finishing Putty is formulated to fill nail and screw holes in Pergo moldings and wallbases, as well as repair small chips and dents in the laminate. It is color coordinated to Pergo laminate flooring, is non-flammable, and is permanent when dry.
Sealant Provides Moisture Resistance
Formulated to maintain a high level of flexibility and elasticity, SimpleSolutions Sealant is an acrylic-based sealing compound that is color-coordinated to Pergo laminate flooring. This product seals floor edges to aid in moisture resistance around the perimeter of moisture-prone rooms, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms.
Moisturbloc Vapor Barrier
Finally, when installing a laminate floor over a concrete subfloor, SimpleSolutions Moisturbloc is required to prevent deterioration from alkalinity and normal water vapor in the concrete.
